The manufacturing process of a quality product is complex. The amount and quality of active ingredients is a major factor in cost. Some ingredients must be processed, or "micronized" to a particular size best assimilated by the skin. Antioxidants are unstable and lose their beneficial properties if not prepared properly.

• Feel at home at springwater spa and enjoy your custom treatment time to optimize well-deserved relaxation.

• We can welcome you once the prior client has left. Please arrive at the agreed ‘arrival time’ of your booking confirmation.
  NOTE: Please sanitize your hands when entering the spa! We offer indoor slippers for you to keep our spa area as clean as possible.

• As of Spring 2023, you do not need to wear a mask! 🫶🏼 However, feel free to ask for our providers to wear theirs, so you feel more protected.

• You are welcome to bring along your daily skin care products you use at home, so we can discuss some ingredients and your best treatment or product choices. 

• We want to achieve optimal results and skin care wellness. Please provide all necessary information regarding allergies, sensitivities and medications you might experience.

• NOTE: : There is a 24-hrs-cancelation policy applied. We charge you for our loss of business, not able to have scheduled another client instead, Please notify us a.s.a.p., if you need to postpone your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, we can not provide the full service, but only provide the service within the remaining time of the originally booked appointment.
